Arts for Wellbeing
The Storybook Project is a creative program that guides participants through developing and illustrating their own storybooks via interactive workshops focused on storytelling fundamentals, character creation, and illustration. Its objectives include encouraging creativity, teaching storytelling and visual skills, fostering a love for reading and writing, building confidence, and producing a finished storybook for each participant.

Vision Board Project
Participants create personalised vision boards filled with positive imagery, inspirational quotes, affirmations, artwork, song lyrics, and poetry. These session(s) offer a relaxed, pressure-free environment where everyone can work at their own pace and comfort level, whether they choose to share their creations or simply enjoy the creative process privately.

Road to Resilience
The Road of Resilience, a transformative, day-long workshop designed to strengthen resilience and enhance communication skills through interactive techniques such as role play, embodiment, and forum theatre. This immersive experience delves into real-life scenarios where characters navigate challenges, uncertainty, and change, requiring them to draw on their inner strength.
Available as a One Day Project.

A creative arts & storytelling project that allows participants to create a storybook for family members.
Available only as a 10 session project or longer.
Play in a Day
An exciting and immersive theatre project designed to unlock creativity and build confidence. Over the course of the day participants will dive into the world of storytelling, using familiar stories and scripts as a foundation to develop and adapt creative ideas.
Available as a One Day Project
Pantomime Project
The Christmas Panto programme runs for 10 weeks, ending with a shared performance by staff and participants. It offers opportunities to develop teamwork, creativity, prop-making, and group skills.

In These Shoes
A creative initiative that empowers participants through visual arts, poetry, and storytelling. During our immersive workshops, participants explore crafting, painting, and poetry performance, using shoes as a metaphor for life's journeys. This theme encourages them to share their stories, promoting both safety and autonomy.

Mask & Movement
This project uses masks as a powerful tool to help participants connect with their personal stories and experiences through the metaphor of myth. By employing the concept of a masquerade, participants will have the opportunity to explore and reveal aspects of themselves that may have been repressed or only dimly perceived.
